The hotel was well presented and truly exceptional with excellent employees. Spotlessly clean building and nice size and well-equipped rooms for maximum space. Perfect location minutes from English lights festival.

The breakfast was delicious and savoury, the location was magnificent. I took a guest room with lovely bedding, great decor, for example.

The hotel was modern and high quality, and the staff were excellent, really enjoyed the particularly good location short walk to the tower and shopping/restaurants, many Bars, Restaurants and Cafes and shopping centres and all other activities. Our room was themed and spotless for a homely feel.

The rooms here are immaculate and gorgeous, the breakfast is savoury, and the bedding and beds are exceptionally comfortable.

We had such a fantastic experience staying at this 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right by the tower and close to everything. It was situated in a quiet residential area, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with room service and housekeeping going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities and a cozy sitting area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, as it allowed us to stay connected during our stay. The garden furniture was a nice touch, giving us the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outdoor surroundings. The free toiletries provided added an extra level of luxury, and the electric kettle in the room was convenient for making a cup of tea or coffee. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of comfort to the room. The dining options were excellent, with special diet menus available to accommodate all guests. this place was a true gem, providing us with exceptional service, comfort, and quality amenities.

I came here for a 4-night stay and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The room was a nice size and well-equipped with quality furnishings, lovely bedding, and great decor. I felt comfortable there. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast was generous and good and hot.

The rooms were impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. Having shower facilities, a hair dryer, and guest toiletries was a bonus. The location was marvellous with easy access to Coral Island Amusement Center. I spent 3 nights and would definitely want to stay there again.

This place has a fantastic location right next to the city center and is conveniently only 5 km from the airport.

Sorrento House in Blackpool has a fantastic location, near the Winter Gardens, nightlife, promenade, and shops. The staff are excellent and very welcoming. The place is fairly clean.
